Terms & Conditions of ckrickex

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the ckrickex website, mobile interface, or any related service operated under the ckrickex brand, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy. These documents collectively form the complete agreement between you and ckrickex and govern your use of the platform in its entirety.

Your acceptance is acknowledged through any of the following actions: registering an account on ckrickex, completing the ckrickex login process, making a deposit to your account, placing a bet or wager on any sporting event or casino game, or simply browsing the platform after having previously registered. Any account found to be registered by or used by a person under the age of 18 will be closed immediately, all pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

3. Account Registration

Each individual player may hold only one registered account on ckrickex. Opening duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, the same payment method, or any combination thereof — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and potential forfeiture of any balances held within them.

You must maintain the accuracy of this information throughout your account tenure and promptly update any details that change.

Account Security

Any activity that occurs through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your sole responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify ckrickex support at support@ckrickex immediately.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

Withdrawal Terms

Bonus Abuse

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ckrickex platform. Any player found to have engaged in any of the following will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on ckrickex under any name or identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using stolen, unauthorised, or third-party payment methods to fund your ckrickex account.

• Attempting to manipulate the outcome of any game, match, or event through collusion, match-fixing, or any other dishonest means.

• Harassing, abusing, or threatening ckrickex staff or other players through any communication channel.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

ckrickex reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, including payment fraud or identity fraud.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
• Account found to be registered by or used by a person under 18 years of age.
• A valid self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder or a third party on their behalf.
• Suspected or confirmed match-fixing, collusion, or manipulation of game outcomes.

If your account is closed by ckrickex for reasons other than a breach of these Terms & Conditions, any genuine balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds and any winnings under investigation) will be returned to you via your registered payment method after the completion of any pending review or investigation.

Player-Initiated Closure

8. Intellectual Property

9. Limitation of Liability
